Since November 2017, a new team has taken over the restaurant Les Saisons, located rue Lamartine, in the heart of the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
They have the pleasure of offering revisited classics of French cuisine to an ever-increasing number of local and international customers.
This place, well known to the inhabitants of the 9th arrondissement, is now run by Patrice Le Nouvel, former director of the restaurant at Le Meurice, and Philippe Fréjat.
Chef Benoit Houerrou is in charge of the kitchen.
For them, good dishes are based on the quality of the products. This is why they are particularly attentive to the choice of raw materials with which the chef works.
“We took over this table without changing its name”, explains Patrice le Nouvel, “because we find ourselves in the idea of market cuisine. Since its opening, we have decided to push product sourcing even further. It's an exciting and complex process that gets richer every week.
And of course, everything that is served here, from the base of the sauce to the dessert, is made by us. We are committed to welcoming everyone with warmth and elegance: quality is the first courtesy.”
Philippe Fréjat adds: “We push the search for quality raw materials at each stage of our work. We had the pleasure of completing our digestive menu and discovered exceptional distilled spirits. And we regularly have the pleasure of giving our customers a taste of natural or biodynamic wine for the first time.
